• We will hold you contact details and use these only to contact you about the National Honey Monitoring Scheme or projects directly associated with this scheme.
• The personal data we collect from you (specifically the location of your hives) will be used for the purpose of analysing the impacts of agriculture and other environmental pressures on honeybees. We will only hold personal data sufficient for this purpose.
• We will not disclose personal data to a third party, nor will we release any raw data (e.g. information on pesticide residues in honey) that could identify you individually.
• We will update, archive or securely delete information if it becomes out of date. We will hold your personal details for a period of five year before re-confirming your permission to hold this data. At any point you may request us to delete your personal data. On request you can have access to any data we hold on you.
